How do I return an item?

Please print our exchange/returns form, then carefully read and complete. Once completed, please place the form with your order and send back to the address provided

Please note: We will accept returns up to 30 days. Items need to be returned within 14 days to be entitled to a full refund. Otherwise we will issue the purchaser a store credit refund.

We do not yet offer a free returns or exchange service, so you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please remember to ask your Post Office for a posting certificate and keep this for reference. Without this, we cannot take action if we do not receive your parcel.

When can I expect my refund?

Refunds will be issued within 3 working days of receipt. Typically your bank will then take 3-5 working days to transfer the monies back to your account.
